Volunteers and Chaperones

If you plan on being a volunteer in your childs’ classroom or chaperone a field trip you are now required by the state to fill out a volunteer application. This can be done electronically (preferred) or filled out in paper and mailed/faxed in.

NOTE: The online version states that it will take 30-90 minutes. The typical length of time thus far has been 10-15 minutes. You will need 3 references with addresses (feel free to use your childs’ teacher).
