Artichokes?

One of the songs for the 1st graders music concert is about artichokes. The students had never heard of this vegetable before let alone taste it. This prompted Mrs. Hein to bring in artichokes to help explain the song. All 1st graders got to try this delicious vegetable and most thought it was absolutely YUMMY!!!
